I have used Hilary McDermott last year on a regular basis. She has put together a monthly newsletter using Publisher software from word documents I sent her. She re-organised databases and amended spreadsheets for me and she did some mail merge mailshots. This year, she has helped me on an ad hoc basis, whenever I have needed a bit of administrative support. My role has slightly changed this year, but I am looking forward to using her more again in the future.
